ORCA
ORCA helps companies manage tax, legal, and compliance tasks in one place, aiming to make those workflows faster and easier to handle.
Senior Product Designer and Creative Director across the full scope of the product — from research and strategy to interface, design system, brand identity, and marketing. I led design across every touchpoint: the product itself, the brand, and its presence across digital and print channels.
ORCA is a platform designed to intelligently manage all tax, legal, and compliance obligations for businesses, family offices, law firms, and consultancies. Its core promise: reduce up to 85% of the time spent on administrative tasks, freeing users to focus on strategic and higher-value work.
Key clients include real estate investment firms, international law firms, family offices, and financial and tax advisory firms. According to client testimonials, time savings of up to 90% have been achieved in tasks like AML regulation and mandatory filings.
I analyzed the compliance and legal management landscape — the workflows, the pain points, and the specific user contexts that made existing tools fall short. The product serves a professional audience with high expectations for reliability, clarity, and trust.
Research drove the product's structural decisions: what features to surface first, how to organize complex multi-entity structures (Family Tree, Legal Entities, Assets), and how to make legally required workflows feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
Analysis and research process
The design library was mature and flexible enough to skip wireframing entirely. Rather than producing low-fidelity intermediaries, I built functional prototypes directly — assembling real screens from existing components to validate navigation logic, information hierarchy, and task flows at full fidelity from day one.
This approach compressed the design cycle significantly. Stakeholders reviewed actual product experiences rather than abstractions, which made feedback faster, more precise, and immediately actionable.
Prototypes
I built a modular design system that scaled across all product surfaces. Every component defined, documented, and ready for implementation.
The architecture was designed white-label from the ground up. A token layer abstracts every visual decision — color, typography, spacing, radius, shadow — from the component layer. Swapping a client's brand into the product requires changing the token set, not rebuilding components or altering logic. The result: a new branded instance of ORCA can be delivered with near-zero additional design or development effort.
The palette was designed for accessibility and professional credibility across any brand configuration.
Details of the design library
I led design across all core features of the platform: Main Menu, Account Administration, Automated Tasks, Time Travel, Events, Family Tree, Legal Entities & Assets, Structure, Files, Liabilities, Persons, and Commitments.
The interface prioritizes clarity in a domain where complexity is unavoidable. Every screen is built around the user's task, not the system's data model. Forms are clean, navigation is consistent, and information density is calibrated to professional users who need speed and accuracy.

Presentation mode
The brand needed to feel intelligent, precise, and approachable — a product for professionals, but not cold or bureaucratic. The identity channels the clarity and confidence of a trusted advisor: clean, structured, and direct.
Working with the existing logo, I defined and extended the full brand system: color palette, typography, and visual language, then applied it consistently across all touchpoints to ensure a coherent experience from the product interface to the marketing website.
Branding elements
I built and managed the withorca.com website from the ground up using Framer, ensuring a cohesive digital experience aligned with the product's visual identity.
I also developed presentations, marketing collateral, and print materials, and created assets for email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, and LinkedIn.
