Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the following data is collected and processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA):

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you write

This data is used solely to respond to your message. Formspree stores form submissions on their servers. You can review Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to a direct contact request, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Analytics

This site uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics tool. Umami collects aggregated, anonymous data about page visits (page views, referrers, device type) without using cookies or tracking individuals across sessions. No personal data is stored.

Because Umami is cookieless and collects no personal data, no consent is required under GDPR or ePrivacy Directive.

Fonts

This site loads fonts (Geist, Roboto Slab) from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Images

Portfolio images are served via Cloudinary (Cloudinary Ltd., USA/Israel). Cloudinary may collect standard server log data (IP address, browser, request timestamp) for security and performance purposes. See cloudinary.com/privacy.

3. Cookies

This site does not use any cookies of its own. Umami Analytics operates without cookies. Google Fonts may set cookies — you can block these via your browser settings without affecting your use of this site.

4. International transfers

Some third-party services listed above (Formspree, Google, Cloudinary) are based in the United States. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR Chapter V.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained by Formspree for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, and deleted upon request. Umami Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — no retention period applies to personal data because none is collected.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of any personal data held about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
